Fitness should support your life, not take it over
Tiredness, low mood, a body that aches for no obvious reason — these are rarely fixed by training harder.

More often it's sleep, or food, or the fact you haven't properly stopped in months. Most of the work is finding which one is the bottleneck and dealing with that first.
And sometimes the bottleneck isn't something you can train your way out of at all. It's the same route, the same four walls, the same notifications arriving in the same order. A body that never quite gets the signal it's safe to switch off.

That's where a change of place does what another session can't. Open water, quiet, unfamiliar light, a view you didn't expect — your nervous system reads all of it, usually before you've consciously noticed. Rest stops being something you schedule and becomes something that actually happens.
